The process begins
with the thorough washing of formers and drying. |
| » |
It is then coated
with a coagulant agent and mould-releasing agent. |
| » |
Then it is dipped
into the latex dip tank. A soft gel-like rubber coating is formed
on the formers. |
| » |
The gel-like gloves
are beaded and then properly leached and covered with donning
agent. |
| » |
The gloves are put
into the oven. |
| » |
When ready, they
are taken out and stripped off. |
| » |
All the gloves are
tumbled at 80o C for 45 minutes for proper curing and to remove
excessive powder. |
| » |
The gloves are inspected
to ensure quality. |
| » |
Gloves that pass
the specification test are packed, sterilized and shipped to
customer as per the requirement. |
